The client, a giant fashion retailer based in US with 532 stores in 47 states required product images such as apparels, footwear and accessories designed for women to be edited and beautified. His store was to be launched and he required high paced work so that he could use the edited images for printing catalogues before the store launch and also use the images for his e-stores.
The beautified images would help him attract customer attention and increase conversions. Hence the client approached Hitech BPO for assistance on this project.
The Challenges
- 324,000 images had to be edited within an unrealistic deadline.
- The images needed intensive editing and retouching like removing blemishes from model’s skin, removing wrinkles from clothes, background enhancements etc.
