- First, using FTP folders, we received necessary data – land images, property, websites, deed and mortgages etc.
- County-wise tags were assigned to documents, which were accurately routed using macros.
- Data was scraped from multiple real estate sites and collected from legitimate images, as bots streamlined the process of adding new information.
- Based on data complexities, Gray entry and Yellow entry were leveraged, and data merge and validation were streamlined using Double D entry.
- P.G. Admin tool discovered junk characters, and automated QC raised alerts finding errors.
- Multi-layer quality checks systematically validated county-wise parcel information and standardized the formats.
- Using regular audits data was bucketized in relevant categories.
- Finally, parcel data was uploaded through API credentials, and granular-level intelligence was offered to the client
