A team of skilled resources was set up to research, capture and compile talent profiles in line with client’s specifications, from social media sites, into structured formats. A team with scalable strength, working in shifts, was set up to address multiple geographies/time zones.

  • A workflow was designed to categorize the project into two sets of activities. This enabled a seamless process, faster task execution and optimal resource utilization.
  • Team A (data research team) conducted web research for client-assigned talent profiles from pre-defined social media sites such as LinkedIn and shared the URLs with Team B (data entry team)
  • The data entry team captured/entered all required data into relevant fields in the client interface.
  • For the missing fields the task was transferred back to the web researchers to gather information from other sources.
  • Emails were validated using validation tools such as Email Hunter, Zero Bounce etc.
  • Dedicated audit team did random audit on a sample size of 10-15% of the data to assess the accuracy of the captured data
  • The data entered in excel spreadsheets in structured and standardised formats were dispatched to client over email.
