| Project Description |
Transcription of telephone call involves two speakers (mostly US accent) including time stamping (start time and end time of each talks). Also includes marking of all sounds and noises in the call that includes non-speech noises made by the speaker such as coughing, breathing, or laughing, and all kinds of background noises. (Verbatim transcription)
The transcription files should be in a specific format which includes time stamping, speaker identification and telephone conversation.
Client uploads MP3 files into our FTP server provided by us. We download the file and transcribe it into MS Word using the software Express Scribe for transcription. After the transcription, the file passes to the editor. After final editing, the files are dispatched through email to the client. |

| Project Description |
The client is a psychologist who interviews sibling and parents of children who suffer from mental illness (autism). The interviews are documented as separate file. An interview audio duration ranges from 30 - 60 minutes. The audio recording is converted into MP3 files and uploaded in our FTP location.
Our process starts with downloading the file from FTP, transcribing the file with separate identification of speaker (interviewer and interviewee) and passed through the process of editing and QA and dispatch the final report to client within specified TAT.
The processing is done with MS Word and audio playing software Express Scribe. |

High volume of work with Short Turn Around Time, two or more speakers talk at times. Recognizing and deciphering sibling's (4-12 yrs old) speech was very challenging and also medical terminologies were used. |

Transcription for real estate inventory business |
| Project Description |
The client runs a real estate Inventory business in UK. The client's staff goes to the property locations and sees the property. At the same time, they record the description and inventory of the property. The recordings are converted into MP3 files and send to us through FTP.
Client will upload the MP3 files into our FTP location. We download the audio file and transcribe it into MS Word as per client's instructions and guidelines.
We use the software Express Scribe for transcription. After the transcription, the file passes to the editor. After final editing, the transcribed files (property report) are dispatched through email to the client. |
