The following chart depicts process and quality control method utilized by our team in any Personalized Mailing Project:

WORKFLOW

Initiation of the project starts from receiving list of prospectus from the client by the project Manager (PM), who further hands over the input to the Team Leader (TL).
After receiving the data the team leader arranges the data into appropriate format and passes on the data to the Personalized Mailing department.
Then all the pages of the prospectus are printed.
All the envelopes and letters are distributed for hand written addresses and content.
Our hand writing experts with their special skills personally write the content and the addresses on each and every envelopes and letters.
These envelopes and letters are then sent for quality check to ensure an accuracy ratio up to 99.99%.
If errors occur in between the process of quality check then the envelopes with the letters are sent back for error rectification.
After completion of the quality check the envelopes are finally sent for stitching and inserting the letters into it by our experts.
Finally all the letters are dispatched to the respective addresses by Courier services.
