A.  After receiving a hand writing requirement with specifications we provide a
     handwritten sample within the given time for approval from you. Once the sample is
     approved our writers take care of your personalized letters, cards, mails, or
     envelopes. Then the finished work undergoes QC and Audit processes and the
     perfect work is sent through speed and safe services.

Q. Are you charging shipping costs?

A.  Yes, we do charge for shipping on actual basis.

A.  It all depends upon the volume and requirements of the customers.

A.  Presently we have 50 employees working with us who are highly qualified and
     experienced in calligraphy, hand writing, stuffing, sorting and stacking of
