He also has been a corporate trainer for Indian companies and provided management consultancy for companies in USA and UK.
His idea of running business is very clear - Customer Service with Trust, Commitment and Honesty.

Chief Operating Officer

Dr Pokharna has done his Master in Science and PhD in Physics and he is a former senior scientist of Space Application Center of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Ahmedabad with total 18 years experience.
His experience of handling projects with Government Departments, Universities and Private Industries has been a great asset to the company.
He brings with him wealth of experience from technical nitty-gritty along with managerial acumen.
He is the source of information and constant motivation from where the company draws its sense of service.

Vice President

Mr. Hitesh Mistry has been with the company since its inception.
He completed his Graduation in Commerce and has been appropriately applied into expanding the business from a mere 4 employees to 400+ enterprises.
He joined the company in 1992 as one-man show, handling all activities like Data Processing, Customer support & Marketing, Administration and People Management.
His hands on experience at bottom, middle and top level management has brought lateral growth for the company.

Sr. Director (KPO & HR)

Mr. Ketan Poojara is a young & dynamic personality with very good teaching & training skills.
He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 13 years of experience in Chemical & industrial processes, Mechanical maintenance, Computer Aided Designing, Customer Services & Training.
He always looks for innovative ideas and implements it in various processes.
He is also a member and past president of local branch of Rotary Club, Rotary International.

Director

Mr. Vijay Bhimani, a commerce graduate with more then 12 years of experience in IT/BPO sector with 4 years in handling bulk projects of some leading government departments.
His main area of interest and experience is in bulk data processing and document management services.
He is always curious and eager in doing innovation and new activities.

Director

Mr. Herat Patel is one of the young Director (BPO) in the management team of Hi-Tech Export.
He has been in the company since 2000, right from the time when Hi-Tech started taking up Outsourcing Projects.
By qualification, he is a Pharmacist and had joined Hi-Tech as a leading team member of Medical Billing Project.
He is handling a team of 70-80 personnel and has proved himself as an excellent and proficient leader handling most complex and time bound projects of the company.
He has set an example of best source of motivation and ethical management.

Director

Mr. Pramod Nair, a graduate in Economics with 5 years of experience as IT Services Coordinator, is the young director of the Cochin branch of Hi-Tech.
He has been with Hi-Tech for the past 7 years.
He handles all of the BPO operations and oversees the entire functioning of the branch.
The Cochin branch has 60+ strong personnel resources which are managed by him very efficiently.
He is a pillar of strength and a great source of inspiration for the people working with him.

Mr. Nair is very dynamic personality with more than 7 years work experience in this field. He joined Hi-Tech in 2000 as a leading Team Member when it started BPO Operations. He has occupied several leading posts within the company and presently Director for one of the BPO Divisions.
His strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills are appreciable, added his enthusiasm, positive approach and management capability earned early growth to the rungs of Senior Management with responsibility for an independent division.
He holds MBA degree in International Business from the University of NIBM and certified IT skills. He is highly experienced in IT Enabled Services industry and is responsible for data processing, internet research, transcription and several other ITES projects.
He has a strong team of more than 75 personnel resources within the company. Binoj and his team are always very alert, and consistently provide the highest level of satisfaction to all their clients.

Director - Bookkeeping and Accounts

Mr. Bharwad is a young and dynamic Management Professional with more than 9 years of work experience in Financial Management, Legal, Commercial and Academics.
He is a Ph.D. scholar and was involved in Management Education for over 7 years and conducting courses in diverse areas including General Management, Financial Services, International Marketing, Labor Laws and Entrepreneurship at Post Graduate and Management courses.
He has also been involved in corporate consulting and has provided management consultancy for companies in areas of organizational restructuring, designing of work flow systems, developing business models and general management.
He firmly believes in effective planning and sound execution of work by exercising proven concepts and techniques of financial management thereby helping the management to take information based decisions.

Sr. Manager Business Development (BPO)

Mr. Sangani is dynamic and visionary professional with more than 11 years of work experience in International Marketing.
He is a Pharmacy Graduate and Diploma in Computer Science having headed businesses both in India and Asia during his career.
His rich experience of Marketing coupled with sound knowledge of IT and ITES services helps him in identifying the opportunities in the global markets and successfully managing client relations.
His core focus is on delivering ultimate customer satisfaction by value addition thereby building long term and mutually beneficial business relationships.

Sr. Manager Administration

Mr. Devendra Sharma Bachelor of Engineering in Civil is responsible for the Administrative Services.
His immense experience in operations management, Infrastructure, Purchases and structural Design has given greatest development in the different headquarters of Ahmedabad and Cochin.
Within short span of time, his uphill struggle has established great significance for the Company.
