In a span of fifteen years he has managed to knit three successful companies managing more then 850 staff. He also has been a corporate trainer for Indian companies and provided management consultancy for companies in USA and UK. His idea of running business is very clear - Customer Service with Trust, Commitment and Honesty.

M.J. Singh Senior Corporate Consultant
Mr. M J Singh has been associated with Hi-Tech as Senior Corporate Consultant since February 2008. His primary focus is to advise the top management on corporate planning, strategic management, HR/Administration and Management Development endeavors. Mr. Singh has over 36 years of extensive senior/top management experience serving reputed companies in India and the UK. Though his core area has been Human Resources Management, he also possesses expertise in other areas such as, strategic management, project management, and training and development. He had also taught at management institutions and had been involved in community development programs. Mr. M J Singh holds an MBA and has a degree in Law.

Hitesh Mistry Vice President
Mr. Hitesh Mistry has been with the company since its inception. He completed his Graduation in Commerce and has been appropriately applied into expanding the business from a mere 4 employees to 400+ enterprises. He joined the company in 1992 as one-man show, handling all activities like Data Processing, Customer support & Marketing, Administration and People Management. His hands on experience at bottom, middle and top level management has brought lateral growth for the company.

Ritesh Sangani Sr. Manager Business Development (BPO)
Mr. Sangani is dynamic and visionary professional with more than 11 years of work experience in International Marketing. He is a Pharmacy Graduate and Diploma in Computer Science having headed businesses both in India and Asia during his career. His rich experience of Marketing coupled with sound knowledge of IT and ITES services helps him in identifying the opportunities in the global markets and successfully managing client relations. His core focus is on delivering ultimate customer satisfaction by value addition thereby building long term and mutually beneficial business relationships.

Sangeeta Mehta Sr. Manager (Business Development)
Ms. Sangeeta Mehta is representing Hi-Tech Outsourcing Services in the US. She is actively involved in Business Development and Strategy Management. She provides her valued support to the company by meeting the clients personally in the US and understanding their requirements. This further facilitates and smoothens the entire Sales and Operational cycle in the company. Ms. Sangeeta brings experience of 10 years with her to the company and is creatively applying all her skills and strengths to enhance our services to achieve client satisfaction. She is also having profound knowledge of different software and programming languages. This helps her in understanding projects and client requirements in detail and she can well communicate the same to our production centers in India.

Pramod Nair Director
Mr. Pramod Nair, a graduate in Economics with 5 years of experience as IT Services Coordinator, is the young director of the Cochin branch of Hi-Tech. He has been with Hi-Tech for the past 7 years. He handles all of the BPO operations and oversees the entire functioning of the branch. The Cochin branch has 60+ strong personnel resources which are managed by him very efficiently. He is a pillar of strength and a great source of inspiration for the people working with him.

Binoj Nair Director
Mr. Nair is very dynamic personality with more than 7 years work experience in this field. He joined Hi-Tech in 2000 as a leading Team Member when it started BPO Operations. He has occupied several leading posts within the company and presently Director for one of the BPO Divisions. His strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills are appreciable, added his enthusiasm, positive approach and management capability earned early growth to the rungs of Senior Management with responsibility for an independent division. He holds MBA degree in International Business from the University of NIBM and certified IT skills. He is highly experienced in IT Enabled Services industry and is responsible for data processing, internet research, transcription and several other ITES projects. He has a strong team of more than 75 personnel resources within the company. Binoj and his team are always very alert, and consistently provide the highest level of satisfaction to all their clients.

Champak Pol Manager (Projects)
Mr. Champak Pol is the youngest of the team members and a source of motivation for entire team. Barely 24, he is the manager and responsible for projects with 4 years experience in managing projects. His extensive experience in the same industry enables him to easily deal with all the verticals and of varied technical complexity in any project. Mr. Pol is managing team of 60 personnel and has an expertise of desktop publishing, scanning/indexing, check processing and healthcare form processing projects. Mr. Pol has his eyes focused on client satisfaction and providing quick and quality services.

Snehal Joshi Manager (Projects), BPO
Mr. Snehal Joshi, an Arts graduate (Economics) and holding HDCS (Higher Diploma in Computer Science), have more than 5 years experience in IT/BPO sector. He has been working with Hi-Tech since 2004. He has joined Hi-Tech as a BPO Operator and gradually promoted as a Manager in 2006. As a manager, he is handling a team of around 50 personnel. He has successfully handled many complex and time bound projects of various nature, like Offline data entry, Web data extraction, Web research, Data analysis, Macro development, Invoice processing, Survey processing, Personalized Mailing, XML/HTML Conversion etc.

Hitesh Patel Manager (Projects), BPO
Mr. Hitesh Patel is a young Project Manager in the BPO division of Hi-Tech. He is a Science graduate and holds post-graduate degree in Computer Management from University of Pune and has certified IT skills. He has been in the company since March 2003 and is serving as Project Manager for last 3 years. As a Manager, he is handling a team of 75 persons and has effectively handled time-bound, complex and diverse projects in BPO dept. He has handled variety of projects, viz., web research, real time data processing, SGML, web-based data entry, menu entry, virtual assistant, data verification through phone calls, handwritten data entry and other projects.
