We had to make sure the agents provide proper details which are required by the insurance companies and keep the status updated of the insurance policy until the policy gets approved. |

| Challenges faced |
Not a single mistake was acceptable as it was a real time work. Person working on this project must need to have very good communication skills, he should be able to do chat, phone calls, email replies and should even work on the Clients software daily. Working hours were odd for night shift (6:30 pm IST to 4:30 am IST)
