A.  Data Conversion is converting of documents from one format to another with the
     help of any utility of software, such as OCR.

Q. What is the full-form of OCR?

A.  Optical Character Recognition.

Q. What is OCR?

A.  OCR is the recognition of printed text characters by a computer. This involves photo
     scanning of the text character-by-character, analysis of the scanned-in image, and
     then translation of the character image into character codes. In OCR processing, the
     scanned image is analyzed for light and dark areas in order to identify each
     alphabetic letter or numeric digit.

Q. What types of input data do you receive from clients?

A.  We receive image files in .JPG, .TIF, or generally .PDF formats.

A.  We use ABBY Fine Reader Version 7, and above.
